Very nice

Damn good job on this tune man. Some very cool riffs and drums to match. It could use some bass to thicken it up a bit. I also don't think I've ever heard you use a tom hahaha. Anyway man very cool tune. If you have the lyrics I can try to lay the vocals down for ya'. Keep it up.

Cool

Pretty unique mix of shit. The scratching was cool, and I always get a kick out of that high pitched laugh. The Mario sounds were a nice touch as well. The three well four since badman's laugh is in this, did a great job on the tune. The mixing is a little off, but I still get a kick out of the tune.

Hmmm

It wasn't bad, but it would have been awesome to hear more diversity. I thought it was going to just burst into something, but in the end it seemed like one long intro. Will you be uploading the version that isn't stripped down? It would be pretty cool to hear the full version.

Your drums sound great man. You using new samples? Or did you just tweak the old ones to hell and back? Anyway man I really like them, you should definitely keep using them. The guitar sounded pretty fucking good as well. Using Guitar Rig? The only thing I can really think to improve this would be to turn up the guitar a couple of db. Anyway man badass track, I'm loving the new sound.

Thanks alot man. Yeah, all new samples. I finally cleaned my hard drive...and reloading the old samples was a bitch..so I used some DFH samples that I kept on the drive.
I only used GR for the acoustic stuff, as I can't really find a nice meaty setting that I personally really like, for my songs. There are some great settings for sure though.

Not bad

The beginning sounds pretty badass, then when it kicks in with the drums it had a nice feel to it. I do think your could have had a bit more low end in the song, and a bit more diversity, but in the end I liked it.

I agree with Rucklo, the mixing kind of blows in this tune. Other than that though you have a decent song. Some nice riffs and the drums were pretty simple, but they worked well. Overall it's good but it could use a real overhaul as far as mixing/mastering goes. Oh yeah, you also played everything really well.

I would have liked to do everything with instruments on this song, But I couldn't get my band together in time. I wrote the tune ages ago, but I never really got around to recording it. And now that I finally have, I don't think it turned out as well as it could have if I'd spent a bit more time on it. I've kind of lost my edge at mixing for the while, But I promise I will learn and practice again. Anyway, Thanks for your opinions, They're always helpful.

Damn

I really love the sound of this. The percussion is nice and powerful without drowning anything out. The bongos were a nice touch as well. Your instruments all sounded fantastic especially that choir.I wish I could give some advice to improve it, but I really can't think of anything that'd make this better.

I was rather happy with how this turned out. You really came up with a great rhythm track for the tune. I can't rally say too much since I don't want to sound like a douche complimenting myself on the drums haha. Anyway thanks for the bitchin' rhythm track.

I'm glad you managed to fit something on NG man. I'm guessing this one is all you since you don't submit your bands tunes on here. Anyway the death metal vocals were pretty good, but the clean ones sound quite bad. No worries though I have a terrible singing voice as well. You've definitely improved your death metal vocals though.

The music was great I must say. Great heavy riffs, and the drums you sampled from your drum machine sound great. Anyway all around a kick ass tune my friend. Glad to see you submit again. I'll try and catch you on MSN later.

Not bad

Though it could use a lot of mixing. Are you recording direct or with a mic? It sounds like you're using a mic since your guitar sound is pretty distant on the rhythm track. You should definitely multi-track the guitars and pan them. That'll help beef up the tone a lot. If you can next time throw a multi-band compressor onto the final mix and play with the settings. It'll really help to make the track more present.

As far as what you were playing I really liked it a lot. Your leads were pretty sweet and from what I could hear your rhythm fit well.
